METHOD

You can book half an hour with me free of charge and without any obligation to clarify what you need, and which program or individual coaching can best help you. I would like to listen to your story and discuss various options with you. The first conversation takes place online via Zoom. If there is a click and mutual trust, we can agree on how to move forwards. Of course, you can also book a coaching session or a program directly.

I work online for clients all over the world or on location (via Coachhuis) throughout the Netherlands. We can work together in either Dutch or English.

I provide training in the field of well-being and stress treatment and in the field of sustainable change. I work with the HeartMath and NeuroChangeSolution methodology. Prior to training, the goals are aligned to support of the mission and vision of the organization. I work with you and your team, either collectively and/or as individuals, to improve your leadership qualities and promote greater satisfaction, collaboration, and performance. By applying a Dynamic combination of science, videos and hands-on assignments I teach you how to use your brain and your emotions to create the desired results.
