Create A New Mindset For Success

The NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) program of Dr. Joe Dispenza is the result of more than 25 years of research into how the brain and body work and the impact our thoughts, beliefs, habits, behaviours and emotions have on our professional lives.

This program is suitable for business professionals, entrepreneurs, corporations, organizations, small businesses, schools, hospitals, non-profit organizations, or government agencies.

Every year, organizations invest billions in new training that fails to produce the desired results. Why? The primary reason is a misunderstanding of how to produce sustained change. Change requires altering neuropathways in the brain. The neuroplastic nature of our brains allows us to learn new ways to think, act, feel, and be in the world.


Learning new information is the first step in enabling a new way of thinking — a new mindset.

But it’s not enough to just learn new information. By thinking and acting in different ways, new choices appear that we may not have recognized previously. With these new choices comes new ways to act and behave. This, in turn, opens us up to new experiences. The end product of any experience is an emotion. To produce lasting change, therefore, we must engage the emotions that — until now — have shaped our lives and connect new emotions with new experiences. The result? We are able to step into a new future.


The Change Your Mind…Create New Results program is designed to engage and involve participants through various teaching modalities including individual and group activities, videos, skills practice, and direct application for key learning takeaways. 

I am one of the certified NeuroChaneSolutions consutants trained directly by Dr. Joe Dispenza. My goal is to bring the neuroscience of personal change to you, your team or organization. I teach this program in Dutch or in English language. 

By applying a dynamic combination of science, videos and practical assignments you will learn how to use your brain to create desired results. The teaching material is suitable for teams and/or individuals. You have the option to request aftercare through coaching.

What you will learn in the workshop:

 - How to formulate clear intentions for yourself and your organization 

- A new models for personal sustainable change based on neuroscience

- How to implement a simple formula to begin making changes in your life.

- Discover what it means to “live in survival (stress) or creation 

- What stress is and how to reduce it 

- How the brain works and why this is important for sustainable change

-  Processes, models and tools for change

- How to use your full creative potential and how to express it.

How to change your brainwaves for optimal performance

- How to design your successful future self. 

The standard program involves 8-15 hours of workshops spread over 2 days with the possibility of spreading the sessions out over more days if required. Subsequently, a group or individual coaching process takes place, depending on a pre-arranged appointment. Coaching sessions may be online or on location.

A coaching trajectory of several weeks is recommended to help put the course material into practice. After all, change takes time.

The true strength of this program is in the 60-days journey that follows the initial training, as we are dealing with individual behavioural changes and personal transformation that will not happen overnight. The 'homework' is self-reflective in nature and does not take much time but does require consistency. It facilitates initial awareness of reactions, habits, and behaviours to be able to apply the tools and practices you learnt during training. Hence the need for a regular weekly result-oriented coaching with me.
